Dwell Magazine got an inside look at the gorgeous Italian vacation home of famed Milanese designers Ludovica + Roberto Palomba. A renovated 17th century oil mill, the home features a mix of cutting edge modern design, with many of the designers’ own custom creations, juxtaposed with the raw spirit of the 4,300 square foot building. The couple says they often spend their summers away at their retreat, an architectural utopian of sorts, and many a weekend during the rest of the work year. They founded Palomba Serafini Associati in 1994.For more information on the furniture and detailing of the home, be sure to read the full length feature over on Dwell. |
