　　Jesper von Wieding

　　Jesper studied graphic design at Danish Design School (Copenhagen) and at California School of Art & Crafts (CCAC / San Francisco).

　　He has more then 25 years of experience working with design at Landor Associates in Stockholm and Paris, as a part owner of Scandinavian Design Group & FutureBrand in Copenhagen and as Strategic Creative Director and partner of the Copenhagen based Design Agency Scandinavian DesignLab (www.scandinaviandesignlab.com).

　　Jesper founded Scandinavian DesignLab back in 2004 together with his two partners. Today Scandinavian DesignLab is the most award winning Danish Design Agency and awarded Danish Design Agency of the Year in both 2008 and 2009.

　　Jespers core competences as a designer lies within Corporate Identity, Brand Development, Packaging Design and Fashion/Lifestyle. Over the last 3 years Jesper has gained his international focus and especially on the Chinese and Asian market. He is an active panellist and often invited to lecture design seminars and to write prefaces for international design books.

　　Jesper is an active design committee member in both Danish Design Association and Creative Circle. Furthermore Jesper was appointed as the Danish representative for the international Design Jury at the Cannes Lions Festival 2008. He is chairman for the design jury at the annual national design award “Creative Circle Award”.

　　Joseph Foo

　　Joseph began his journey in the creative industry as a graphic designer. Having worked in the United States and Singapore, he returned to Malaysia and did a year’s stint with one of Malaysia’s leading design firms. He went on to establish trinity (3nity) with two other partners in 1996 and has since spearheaded his team towards making 3nity the multi-disciplinary brand identity consultancy it is today.

　　His work has been rewarded in both local and international competitions — Design for Asia Awards, the Hong Kong International Poster Triennial, HKDA Excellence Awards, and the Singapore Design Awards being some of the latest. He has also been featured in numerous local and overseas publications including World Graphic Design (New York /London),Decoding design (USA), Infl uences (Berlin), etapes(Paris), Designnet (Seoul), IdN & WE (Hong Kong), Art & Design (Beijing), Art4D (Bangkok), The Business Times, Zhao Bao & Tiger Translate (Singapore), Young Asian Graphic Designers 2008 (Germany), Asia Pacifi c Design (China) and Malaysia’s very own Star, The Edge and Adoi, to name a few. An active speaker and panelist, he has spoken at design seminars, workshops and dialogues held in and out of Malaysia and has recently judged the design category of Cannes Lions, Hong Kong Long Xi Awards and Malaysia very own Kancil Awards. He is sitting at the advisory board & guest lectures at Dasein Academy, a leading art & design college in Kuala Lumpur.

　　Beyond Malaysia, he teaches and conducts workshops at Beijing’s Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) and has spoken at Akademie Schloss Solitude (Stuttgart), Rangsit University (Bangkok), Temasek Polytechnic (Singapore), Shih Jian University (Taipei), Ning Bo University (Ning Bo), Tong Ji University (Shanghai), Ludong University (Shandong) and various design schools in Asia.

　　Pursuing his interest in exploring Asian thoughts and identity through graphic design, he co-founded Art4soul in 2000. A visual communicator whose interest and passion spans across various creative disciplines, he recently established a division named TriDi (3Di) that is dedicated to exploring product & furniture design.
